Director of Operations
Lindsay Bernstein joined Alliance in February 2020 as a Regional Manager, and promoted to Director of Operations. She attended Purdue University and majored in Business Administration. While in undergrad, Lindsay interned with the Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever in game operations in 2012. She had the opportunity to work the season when Indiana Fever won the WNBA Title and received a championship ring. That moment is when Lindsay knew she had to continue her career in sports.
Lindsay continued her career with the Chicago Sky, where she gained experience in ticket sales and marketing. She then stepped out of pro sports and accepted a job at Stanford University to learn the ins and outs of college athletics. Lindsay developed her experience in event management and loved creating special events focused on fan engagement. After Stanford, she added experience in human resources, account management, and recruitment while working for a Nashville start-up company, Upshift.
At Alliance, Lindsay will coordinate events at hundreds of venues across the country. Lindsay will focus on making sure each of our events maximizes the opportunities for fan engagement with outgoing staff members and interactive activities to spread our messages. She’ll play an integral part in assuring that Alliance has the best staff possible when spreading campaign messages and will assist on training them to be ready for all types of events and campaigns.
